Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and GizmoBloom ("we", "us"), the maker of the GizmoBloom app, based in Morocco. By installing or using GizmoBloom you accept them. If you use GizmoBloom for a business, you accept them for that business.

1. Your license

• While your subscription is active, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GizmoBloom on the number of computers your plan includes (1, 2 or 3).
• A license key is for one person or one business. You may not share, sell, rent or publish your key, or let other people use it.
• You may not copy, change, decompile, crack or get around the license check of GizmoBloom, or help anyone else do it.
• GizmoBloom stays our property; you buy the right to use it, not the software itself.

2. Free trial

The free trial lasts 3 days, one per person and per computer. Files made during the trial carry a SAMPLE mark. Trying to restart the trial or remove the mark is not allowed.

3. Payments and subscriptions

• Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and Merchant of Record: they charge you, add the sales tax or VAT your country requires, and send your receipts.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time with the link in your receipt email; GizmoBloom then works until the end of the period you paid for.
• We may change our prices for future periods; we will tell you before a new price applies to your subscription.

4. What you make

• The books, designs, pictures and files you make with GizmoBloom are yours.
• You are responsible for them: for having the rights to what you put in (pictures, words, fonts), for not copying other people's work, brands, characters or famous people, and for following the rules of the places where you sell (for example Amazon KDP, Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy or your print-on-demand provider).
• GizmoBloom may warn you about words it recognizes as brands or names, but it cannot check everything; its warnings are not legal advice.

5. Other services

GizmoBloom works with services we do not control, such as ChatGPT (OpenAI), Gemini (Google), your web browser and the shops where you sell. You use them under their own terms and limits. GizmoBloom never logs in to them for you. We are not affiliated with these companies and are not responsible for them.

6. Updates and changes

We improve GizmoBloom over time: features may be added, changed or removed. Updates are included while your subscription is active. Some features need an internet connection to work or to stay up to date.

7. No warranty

GizmoBloom is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we do not promise that it will be free of errors, that it will fit every purpose, or that the products you make will sell. Keep copies of your important files.

8. Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, lost data or lost sales, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be limited.

9. Ending the license

Your license ends when your subscription ends. We may also end it, and turn off your key, if you break these terms (for example by sharing or cracking your key). You can stop using GizmoBloom at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for important changes we will tell you by email or in the app before they apply.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without taking away the protections the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
