Privacy policy

This policy is from GizmoBloom ("we", "us"), the maker of the GizmoBloom app, based in Morocco. It says what we collect, why, and what you can ask. In short: your work stays on your computer, and we only keep what we need to sell you a license and help you.

What stays on your computer

Your books, designs, pictures, prompts and files are saved on your own computer. The upscaler and the background remover run there too. GizmoBloom does not send your work to us. Pictures you make with ChatGPT or Gemini are made in your own account, under their privacy policies.

What we collect

• When you buy: Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, handles the payment. We receive your name, email address, country, your order and plan — never your card number.
• Your license: when GizmoBloom checks your key, it sends the key, a name for your computer and the app's version. We use them to make your license work and to stop shared or stolen keys.
• Your trial: the email address you give for your trial key, and a code for your computer, so each computer gets one trial.
• When you write to us: your email and what you send, to answer you.
• This website: it is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps short technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the site. We use no advertising cookies and no tracking for ads.

Emails

We send you the emails your purchase or trial needs (keys, receipts, important changes). News and offers only if you said yes, with an unsubscribe link in every one.

Who we share with

Only the services that run GizmoBloom for us: Lemon Squeezy (payments, licenses), Cloudflare (website, small servers) and our email provider. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Purchase records as long as the law requires (for taxes); license and trial records while your license is active and for a short time after; support emails as long as needed to help you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or stop our news emails, by writing to support@gizmobloom.com. If you live in the EU or the UK you also have the rights of the GDPR, including a complaint to your data protection authority.

Children

GizmoBloom is made for adults who sell products. It is not meant for children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
